Dreaming of a lie detector often reflects inner concerns about truth, honesty, and transparency in your waking life. This dream may indicate an ongoing situation where you feel scrutinized, or it could suggest that you suspect someone around you of being deceitful. The presence of a lie detector symbolizes the desire for clarity and honesty, either from yourself or from others. It may also point to internal conflicts, where you're questioning whether you're being truthful to yourself or living authentically. Alternatively, dreaming of being tested by a lie detector could reveal feelings of anxiety or fear of being exposed or failing to meet expectations. Consider the context of the dream and your emotional response to further understand its significance in your life.
