Me and my family were in my cousin's home (which in my dream I thought was my home). We had workers come over to fix something. Then, I see a python entering the big balcony of the house. I quickly go and close the sliding glass doors. The big fat python keeps entering and is not spread out on the back of the glass doors. Meanwhile, I try to look for the number of any snake catchers online on my phone but notice that the internet is not working. I'm also talking to my long-distance boyfriend and asking for help with numbers. Among my family members, I know my dad has a snake catcher's number so since I can't get one online, I ask him him call. He doesn't, saying the neighbours have a puja going on and we can't have people catch snakes and create ruckus for the next 80 min. I'm frustrated with him. While waiting around, I've also been taking photos and videos of the snake through the glass (which is something I normally do in real life when I see interesting insects or animals as a memory and to figure out the species). Next, the snake being so strong has bent the glass and its face is entering the home. We then yell at my dad to call the snake catcher and all pick up our things to leave the house. When downstairs, I'm in a big garden and feel great. I have my young nephew with me and we're playing around. I see my boyfriend's brother at a distance with his friends and he's happy to see us too. At this point, I don't think about the snake at all. When I wake up, I'm happy but disappointed at not having the pictures and videos of the big snake.
This dream could symbolize a sense of vulnerability and the need for protection in your waking life. The presence of your family and workers in your cousin's home suggests a feeling of familiarity and security. The python represents a potential threat or challenge that you are trying to keep out of your life. The difficulty in finding help through the internet signifies a lack of resources or support in dealing with this issue. Asking your father to call the snake catcher reflects a desire for assistance from someone you trust, but his refusal may represent a conflict with authority figures or a feeling of being let down by them. Taking photos and videos of the snake shows your proactive nature and desire to document and understand the situation. As the snake gets closer and bends the glass, it indicates that the problem is becoming more urgent and difficult to handle. The frustration and disappointment may stem from feeling overwhelmed by the situation and not having a satisfactory resolution.
When you leave the house and enter the big garden, it symbolizes a sense of relief and freedom from the immediate threat. Playing with your young nephew suggests a joyful and carefree state of mind. Seeing your boyfriend's brother and his friends being happy to see you represents positive connections and support from loved ones. The fact that you don't think about the snake at this point suggests that you have temporarily moved on from the immediate problem and are enjoying the present moment. The disappointment at not having pictures or videos of the snake could indicate a desire to conquer and overcome challenges by collecting evidence or proof of your experiences.
Overall, this dream suggests that you are facing a threatening or challenging situation in your waking life. You may feel uncertain and unsupported in dealing with this issue, but there is potential for relief and happiness once you are able to distance yourself from the threat and engage with positive influences. It may be important for you to seek support from trusted individuals and find ways to overcome obstacles while adapting to changing circumstances.
