I was what appeared to be in a shelter for women. It was a familiar place as I have been there before in my waking life. I was going through a box of donated clothing filled with purses, wallets, and ofc clothing. I took an interest to the wallets and purses only as I love bags. I began going through the purses and wallets and was pulling out wads of cash in each and every pocket and folds of the purses and wallets. I was so excited stuffing my pockets with the wads of cash. Then as I was walking down the hallway of what appeared to now be a school, my high school. I got a sinking feeling. I realized I was dreaming and none of it was real. I put my hands in my pockets and the money was gone.
This dream could symbolize feelings of empowerment and abundance, followed by a sense of disappointment and loss. The shelter for women may represent a place of support or refuge in your waking life. Going through the donated clothing, specifically the purses and wallets, signifies your interest in material possessions and the desire for greater abundance.
Discovering wads of cash in each pocket of the purses and wallets reflects a sense of unexpected prosperity and satisfaction. This could indicate a period of financial or personal gain, where you feel a sense of excitement and fulfillment.
However, the setting shifting to your high school and the sinking feeling you experienced suggests a shift in emotions. It seems you suddenly became aware that the dream was not real, highlighting a realization that the abundance and prosperity you were enjoying were just illusions of the mind.
The disappearance of the money from your pockets emphasizes a sense of loss and disappointment. This could symbolize a fear of not being able to maintain the level of material comfort or abundance you currently have, or perhaps it represents a fear of losing something meaningful in your waking life.
Overall, the dream may reveal underlying desires for financial security and material possessions, highlighting the importance of recognizing the transient nature of these desires and focusing on more substantial aspects of life. It may be beneficial to explore your relationship with money and material wealth, and consider whether there are deeper sources of fulfillment and contentment beyond material possessions.
