I had two dreams. The first dream was about going on another Duke of Edinburgh camping trip (when I had completed it all already in real life) but this time all of my friends, except my boyfriend, did it as well. We got to the main campsite - which was this big mountain with huge trees everywhere so we all slept in these tree houses except the tree houses looked like normal houses on the inside. In my tree house, there was pairs of bugs everywhere. On the wall there were two fleas jumping around eachother, there were more pairs but they're the main one I remember for some reason. Anyways, my ex-girlfriend, was walking around, sad, because she couldn't find my old friend group (I am still friends with my old group but we don't hang out outside of school anymore) to sit with at lunch. She asked me if I knew where they were, I said something but I don't remember what, and she walked off, sad again. In my next dream, we were still doing the Duke of Edinburgh trip but we were walking around this row of houses and when we got closer the lights in the houses went off - like they were scared of us. Eventually we looped back around and we stopped at this low stone wall. We saw this campsite a few meters away and I saw this girl from my old school there with a Pitbull dog. The girl from my old school had a crush on my ex-girlfriend for some reason. Anyways, every morning before the girl woke up, her pitbull would turn into a tornado and ruin the campsite and the only way to make it stop was if my ex-girlfriend told it to.
The first dream could symbolize a sense of revisiting past experiences or situations in your life. The Duke of Edinburgh camping trip represents a personal journey or challenge that you have already completed, suggesting familiarity and comfort in navigating through life's obstacles. However, the presence of your friends, excluding your boyfriend, participating in the trip could represent a feeling of exclusion or detachment from your social circle. The tree houses representing normal houses on the inside may suggest that appearances can be deceiving, hinting at feelings of finding comfort or security in certain situations that may not necessarily be what they seem.
The presence of the pairs of bugs, particularly the two fleas jumping around each other, may symbolize a sense of duality or conflicting emotions within your relationships. It could suggest the presence of unresolved issues or tensions. The appearance of your ex-girlfriend, feeling sad and searching for your old friend group, may imply a longing for connection and a desire to be part of a familiar and comfortable group dynamic. This could point to feelings of nostalgia or yearning for past friendships or experiences.
In the second dream, the continuation of the Duke of Edinburgh trip may imply that certain aspects of your journey or personal growth are ongoing. Walking around a row of houses with their lights turning off as you approach could symbolize a fear or hesitation towards experiencing vulnerability or intimacy in relationships. The houses may represent different aspects of your life, and the lights turning off could indicate a sense of avoidance or resistance towards fully engaging in those areas.
The presence of the girl from your old school with a Pitbull dog, who has a crush on your ex-girlfriend, could represent external factors or influences that are connected to your past. The Pitbull dog turning into a tornado and causing havoc when the girl from your old school is not present could symbolize aspects of chaos or disruption arising when certain emotions or desires are left unaddressed or unexpressed.
Ultimately, these dreams could reflect your subconscious processing various emotions and experiences related to past friendships, relationships, and personal growth. It may be worth exploring any unresolved emotions or desires and considering how they may be influencing your current life and relationships.
