Island Vacation Turns Zombie Nightmare: A Race to Escape

I was with a group of friends on vacation on an island, it was around evening time, things for going fine and the weather is beautiful, as we were watching the sunset people start running like crazy. And then we learned that some sort of disease has turned people into zombies, then my friends and I started looking for a shelter, the cell phone service was down, and the main electric grids fell down, so only the street lights have power, everything else has lost power. We decided that we should leave the island and head back to the mainland, so we started running toward the marina. We got there and we found a a medium sized Cruise that can fit about 200 people, and since I had experience in riding boats I volunteer to be the captain. Since it was a big boat we decided to help as many people as we can so overnight we help people get on the cruise. Once I met sure all the people are up I went back to the boat and on the ramp I saw a sign it says thanks to to the captain and his crew. One person volunteered to close the ramp and then I went to the middle floor, there was a small control area for docking, and there was rope lying around so i tried to fasten it but it broke a black knob that i thought it was supposed to go on, then i looked behind and i saw a white pillow with a red cover, so tired the rope around it so it doesn't fly and it took me a few min to do it. By the time we were ready to depart the weather was beautiful it was a clear sunny day not too hot not too cold, from the mini control area i showed my friend how to push the ship back to leave the port. Then i started walking to the upper level towards the main control room. And that's when I woke up.
