I was in a maths lesson with my high school class. I’m not behaving and keep trying not to laugh. the teachers who keep coming around are noticing and getting annoyed at me. My best friend (who I’m also in love with in real life) comes over to me and does the maths with me to make sure I stop messing about so I do not get in trouble. Then our headteacher (Mr Keary) comes in and my best friend gets so serious In fear of him. She’s like “okay we have to stop” so we switch to serious mode so we don’t get in trouble. we’re doing the math questions and trying to look very involved and focused and trying not to laugh even though its hard. After a while we both start getting more giggly and it gets harder to hide it. the teacher stops the class from doing questions and is talking to the class and explaining something about the maths. My best friend is messing about more now, and I’m the one who has to make her stop messing about and being silly so she doesn’t get in trouble as mr Keary is near us. She’s standing next to me, wobbling about and unable to stop being giggly, holding onto my arm and getting physically close to me. People are starting to notice our behaviour and when I tried to tell her to stop, she whispers “no” all giggly and cutesy and continues doing it, being all lovey dovey and close with me. I felt my heart flutter as I enjoyed it but was scared we were going to get told off for messing about in class. She cared about getting in trouble at the start but is now unbothered and refuses to stop as it’s making her happy. this dream is kind of similar to how we used to be in high school lessons. we would always be silly with each other by tickling each other or playing with each other's fingers whilst trying not to get in trouble by the teacher. i've always wondered whether she ever felt the same intense feelings of love towards me as well.
This dream may represent your desire to be close to your best friend and fulfill your romantic feelings towards them. However, it seems as though there could be obstacles or fears of being judged or getting in trouble if you were to express your emotions. The math lesson could symbolize the rational and logical part of your mind conflicting with your emotions. Your best friend's behavior in the dream could represent the mixed signals you may have received from them in real life. Ultimately, the dream may be encouraging you to communicate your feelings in a mature and respectful way, rather than resorting to childish behavior.
